I worked in collaboration with the company who donated the vehicle and cost of design work and wrap. I was provided with Rutger’s branding package, along with usage guidelines. The art department for the donation company gave me a basic concept they wanted to see and I did the rest from there.
I wanted a design that was eye catching, clean, and covered most of the vehicle.
A few concepts were presented with various slogans on the vehicle, but it was ultimately decided the concepts weren’t enough to show the school’s branding/logo.
Both ideas covered the old bus striping
The final design lightened the front of the cabs, removed the slogan from the back, and changed the layout of the copy over the front of the cab.
